Setup

  1. Imposters begin the game at VCC-Clark station, crewmates begin at Commercial-Broadway.
  2. Crewmates receive a 5 minute head start before imposters may begin. For the first 15 minutes of the game, crewmates do not have to share their location with imposters.

Seeding​

  1. To select tasks, the seeded RNG feature of this website will be used.
  2. Before the game starts, the crewmates will choose a number or phrase (nonce) and send it in their private chat (ex. hwabun).
  3. The imposters will then choose a number or phrase (secret) and communicate it to the crewmates (ex. cars).
  4. The crewmates will then combine the nonce and the secret to obtain the seed (ex. hwabuncars).
  5. All crewmates will enter this seed into the seed tool on this website, and obtain the same randomized task list.

This process ensures that the imposters do not know what tasks are available, and that crewmates are unable to determine what tasks will be available until the game is set up.
